Preparation – materials to take with you

To make sure we get the most out of our seminar we ask you to do prepare something on the 3 topics below. Please bring with you:

·        Good examples of DEOR from your country, your organisation or projects you have been in yourself. Before you leave for the training please communicate with your national agency and organisation and ask them of good examples of DEOR in your country (video, blog, leaflet, book, etc.) to take with you to present.

·        Materials for a presentation of your organisation. Any photos, leaflets, or any materials that can visualise the topic are welcome. (During the seminar you will have time to prepare a poster about your organisation.)

·        Materials for the intercultural presentation of our countries. Please bring some local specialities from your region or country for the other participants to try, some music to listen to or things that are specific for your region or country to show or share with the others. (In the hotel it will be difficult to cook or keep things refrigerated so if you take foods please take foods that can be kept on room temp and do not need cooking.)

Workshops

On Wednesday there is the chance to follow one workshop. During this afternoon you will get to know more about the topic of the workshop in general but also get a hand-on experience that will give you practical ideas of how to use this in your DEOR activities.
